Electroluminate

Electroluminescent material is a flexible sheet of encapsulated phosphor that illuminates when a current is passed through it.

The main benefits are:

You can also specify any sized sheet up to 122cm x 366cm.

And can have it cut into shape, with any configuration of holes and programmed to animate.
